A brief summary of my yoga week…
Monday: Led Primary
Tuesday: Rest day, sore muscles. (See Primary, Led.)
Wednesday: Afternoon home practice. Half-Primary.
Thursdsay: Evening class. Astanga lite.
Friday: Rest day
Saturday: Morning Mysore. Half-Primary.
Sunday: Morning home practice. Half-Primary.
All in all, not a bad week. Already this week is off to a bad start. I skipped class today because I had to catch up on work. And my back is a bit sore from pulling weeds. Tomorrow will be a home practice day, so I’ll have to muster up enough enthusiasm to keep myself going. Maybe I can go for a Full Primary practice. I need it.
